Following a request from an investor or a project initiator, Development Corporation of the Udmurt Republic (DCUR) considers a possibility of implementing the project jointly by line Ministries and municipal entities of Udmurtia. In particular, it finds a land plot, a building or premises based on the needs of the investor as well as determines availability of necessary infrastructure at the site such as gas and water supply, waste water disposal, heat and electricity supply. All this enables to reduce administrative barriers when obtaining documents, speed up the process of receiving information and, hence, reduce the project lifetime.

We reduce capital investments

DCUR considers and selects different options of obtaining grant support, reduced-rate loans, co-financing for construction of necessary infrastructure, regional and federal subsidies and tax preferences for investors. It reduces investors’ capital expenditures as well as the project payback period.
