ANO Development Corporation of the Udmurt Republic is a public institute established by the Government of the Udmurt Republic in order to attract investments, support and implement investment projects, develop regional investment infrastructure, support small and medium-sized enterprises.

- He graduated from the Izhevsk State Agricultural Academy in 2012 with a degree in Veterinary.
- In 2023 he completed the Master's Degree Program in Management at the Udmurt State Agrarian University.
- Since November 2023, he has served as Director of ANO «Development Corporation of the Udmurt Republic».
